Aluminum hybrid capacitors are low ESR, high ripple current devices that combine the higher capacitance ratings available with conventional electrolyte capacitors with the low ESR performance of polymer capacitors.

Aluminum Hybrid Capacitor

As well as devices intended for commercial and industrial applications, numerous manufacturers produce AEC-Q200 compliant capacitors for 105°C passenger cabin and 125°C+ hotspot applications.
