Manufactured and tested in the ISO 13485 certified AVX Biddeford, Maine facility, they are available with Weibull grading and surge current testing as per MIL-PRF-55365. Sevral plating options are availabe, including tin/lead solder, 100% tin and gold terminations.

Micominiature chip tantalum capacitor designed for medical implantable applications. These components are screened using the AVX Q-Process to effectively remove devices that display anomalies during processing or life testing. They are manufcatured in the ISO 13485 certified AVX Biddeford, Maine facility.

Low ESR chip tantalum module for medical implantable applications. These components provide bulk capacitance solutions through utilizing multiple discrete capacitors in a parallel configuration, and are available with testing to DLA 09009.
