The 911P series capacitor from the Dearborn division of Exxelia is an axial leaded, polymer film capacitor featuring a glass seal rated to operate at +250°C without voltage de-rating. Unlike other plastic films, the polymer film does not melt at this temperature rating, and the potting compound used provides a rugged construction capable of withstanding harsh environments.

These devices offer stable capacitance (±10%) over the temperature range -55°C to +250°C; capacitance range is 0.1µF to 2.7µF and operating voltage 400Vdc.
