The Exxelia 911P series of axial leaded plastic film capacitors offers a unique solution to ultra high temperature applications.

This device is manufactured from a polymer dielectric that does not melt, and possess a glass transition temperature (Tg) of over +320°C.  This capacitor operates at +250°C without voltage de-rating, and is potted to withstand harsh environments.

The discrete metal foil termination delivers low loss performance and high peak current withstand. Capacitance is stable (±10%) from -55°C to +250°C.

Capacitance range is 0.10µF to 2.70µF and operating voltage 400Vdc.
