Murata silicon capacitors are high density devices that utilise a semiconductor MOS process and advanced 3D technology to provide an area equivalent to 80 ceramic layers in low profile packages of 100µm or less.

Murata silicon capacitors are capable of operating at up to 250°C with very high stability which make them suitable for high reliability applications in harsh environments such as aerospace and down hole, while their typical high reliability/high stability performance make them equally suitable for medical and automotive applications.
